Adventure Time:

Rewriting Their Break-Up...

*Finn doesn't manipulate Flame Princess and Ice King into fighting.

*Instead Flame Princess breaks up with Finn because she wishes to have a family of her own someday when she's an adult and she doesn't want to burn them (or for them to burn Finn, if they're fire babies).

*Finn tries to practice having a fire family with her, using fire wolves as pretend babies, but this doesn't convince Flame Princess.

*Flame Princess could also tell that Finn probably doesn't want to start a family at all, since he loves adventures too much.

*So, Flame Princess breaks up with Finn, but promises that they can still be friends.

*She later defeats her father and becomes the new ruler of the Fire Kingdom, so her having a fire family in the future would be possible.

*Flame Princess still befriends Cinnamon Bun somehow.

There's nothing worse than someone who constantly tries to shut you down when you even hint at a ship they don't agree with. To some people, you cannot support both Flame Princess x Finn and Finn x Marceline, its one or the other to these thick heads. You can have more than one ship of the same character its not murderous to do so.
