      ☼ Ed bites at his lip, the faintest smile on his lips before he leans up, on his tiptoes maybe just a little, and presses a kiss, first to the corner of Roy's jaw, then to his cheek, and then to the corner of the Colonel's lips. He leans back slightly then, looking up at Roy, "Missed you," he mutters before connecting their lips in a heated kiss, to show the other just how much. ☼

Being what she was, an Ishvalan, meant that encounters like this were sadly not very rare. People saw her eyes and either avoided her like the plague or made it very clear that they didn't want her around- not in whatever city she happened to be in at the time, and certainly not in their country. The group of men that had caught her on her way back to her campsite happened to be the latter, the three of them at first simply yelling obscenities and then tailing her as she tried to get away before finally grabbing her and forcing her to stop. She spat in the fact of the one that'd grabbed her arm which, in turn, led to him slapping her so hard that her head snapped violently to the side and one of her teeth caught the bottom corner of her lower lip, causing it to being bleeding somewhat.

And then there was a new voice and the hand that'd been so tightly gripping her arm was gone and she caught sight of a familiar blue uniform. Military. Just great. Wiping at the bit of blood on her lower lip with the back of her hand she did her best to try and keep her eyes hidden from him- he probably only intervened because he didn't realize what she was, but those three were likely to change that and then... she didn't really want to think of what might happen then.

So she ran, as she always seemed to end up doing.
