Yesterday, while I was creating fan playlists for my OTP Piggypanda, I went back to the HungerGames!AU and reread the RP for tears and feels. Then when doing the cover for the playlists for this AU I though about using old art, but then felt unhappy with the crappy mistake and now I'm doing redraws. =3=

((I've been RPing Divergent!AU with Waku lately and getting too much into it that I got to draw Flan in that universe. It's been a while since I got to do any drawing because of the many projects I have at the moment, but I still managed to do this in the last days~))

((I like this drawing and lately I've wanted to add some colors or shadows to it. Since my dear Flan is going through miscarriage, not to mention, on her first pregnancy, this pic hurts my heart when I remember how Flan longed for a chance to have a family with Nico... only to have a tragedy happen... ugh //dies I did this sort of color shading way back here and thought it could look nice here~ I couldn't decide with one was best, so I'm posting the two.))

"A-ah.. am I... am I dreaming...?" She looked back at Nico, then again to their son, rubbed her eyes over and over, her eyebrows furrowing more and more as seconds went by. And still, Helios still stood there. He was no hallucination. It really hit her then, that it was truly happening and he was finally back home after so many years, the tears coming to her eyes and quickly rolling down her cheeks. Her body sprinted forward without warning and she jumped to her son, wrapping her arms around him tightly. "A-ah... B-Baby..." But that was the only thing she could mumble because she had begun sobbing uncontrollably and her hold on him was so tight as if she would never let go.

Helios only managed to take one step towards his mother before she tightly wrapped her arms around him, which was soon given to her as well, as he wrapped his own arm around her just as tightly, one of his hands giving Flan a tap on the back. He told himself not to get too whiny over this, but he just couldn't hold back the tears himself. This was someone that took good care of him for 15 full years, without ever missing anything, and to leave suddenly and have her out of his life for 5 years wasn't something he was ready for. "I missed y-you..."

((Ah, I almost forgot to post this... ;v; Got wowaku's permission to post this here as the pic was done by her. It's the perfect pic for mother's day and I simply adorable this to pieces. Touches me everytime...! QAQ This is older Flan with longer hair welcoming her son, Helios, back home after years of training for the military. Not being able to see her child for so long and Helios not being able to depend on his mother anymore, causes a great wave of emotions in them.))

Flan was walking around town casually when she spots Natalia in the distance, a smile quickly forming on her lips, quickening her walking pace in the other girl's direction. "Nat!" She waves her arm in the air excitedly and slows down as she gets close. "How are you doing?"

Nat stopped when she heard her name being called, smiling when she saw Flan coming up behind her. She waved at her with her good hand.  "Ah, Flan. Hey there~" She looked to the side, scratching at her cheek. "Well, I'm doing a little better. How about you? It's been a while already..."

Flan had just come out of the Military Police Commander's office, another assignment that she had to do for Commander Isaac. A sigh escaped her lips as she wondered why he wouldn't meet with Commander Lucy, instead of sending a subordinate and maybe include hidden messages between the documents (not that she would know), though she couldn't complain as she was always glad to see Lucy. As she walked around the headquarters she spotted a familiar blond in the distance, her eyes widening. "Joel!"

Joel turns around hearing his name. The voice sounds familiar.

"Flan!" Joel calls out and quickly dumps the pile of paper on a co-worker’s desk. He quickly said he’ll come back for the worker and went to greet the short haired girl. 

"It’s been so long! Your hair is longer," He grins and silently hopes she’ll hug him…He grins wider.

Nat threw her arm around Flan, shaking her head at the girl. "And why in Sina's name are you drunk?"
