LOOKING UP FROM HER SKETCHBOOK, flora sighed loudly, groaning as she threw the book on her bed beside her. puling up her legs against her chest. with her lower arms resting against her knees, the blonde put her head in her hands, letting her hands comb through her long, golden locks. the girl used to be so full of inspiration for all her designs. her courses were a piece of cake. but lately, her mind was absolutely blank. she struggled, even with the easiest of tasks. design a bedroom in which a fifteen year old girl can relax would have been child play for her if you asked a year ago. but right now, she was totally empty. not one idea left. no matter what she did. it made her nervous, pissed and sad at the same time. “alright, this is not going to work out. not tonight.” she mumbled to herself as she stood up from her bed. she obviously wasn’t going to finish this assignment tonight--let alone even get ANYTHING down on paper. that’s why she decided to just--get her mind off. her stomach was screaming for attention, but over the years flora had learned how to ignore it. however she did find herself roaming the kitchen whenever she was bored, searching through the cupboards even though she knew she wasn’t going to find anything to eat anything. that she wasn’t going to pick anything all together. but it kept both daniel and olivia thinking she ate regularly. living with them didn’t seem like the best idea in the beginning. afraid of what being confronted with daniel would do to her--but it turned out quite the opposite... once she had arrived at the living room, the blonde’s eyes fell on the tall figure sitting with his back towards her, facing his laptop as he was busily mixing his music, his headphones seperating him from the world of the living as he disappeared in one that was entirely his own. flora loved watching him when he wasn’t aware he was being kept an eye on. she had always found the boy breathtakingly gorgeous, but the moment he didn’t acknowledge it was when he--if it were even possible--the most stunning of all. with his eyes filled with passion for the thing he loved to do most and concentration taking over his entire facial expression, the blonde fell in love over and over again. from the day she met this wonderful boy up ‘till now, she was assured he was THE O N E for her. she felt it, deep down in her bones, and a shiver ran down her back each time he touched her or did even as much as look at her. she could’ve said a thousand things right now, he wouldn’t hear. he was too caught up... so with a smile gracing her features only to tug her lip inbetween her teeth afterwards, the blonde crossed her arms in front of her as she slowly walked over to daniel. once she was standing behind him, she placed her hands on his shoulders, only to let them move over to his headphones, moving one side of them away from his ear. a smile immediately appeared on his face as he looked up at her. flora bowed down, a smile still on her lips as she placed an upside down kiss on his lips. she knew how he loved it when she did that--just like she did. after a few seconds, she pulled back a little so he could turn around in his chair. placing his hands on her hips, he pulled her down to sit on his lap. “hey--what’s up babe ?” he asked, concern always sounding through his words. sitting down on his lap, her legs dangling each at another side of it, she wrapped her hands around his neck, sighing deeply as she pouted. “my mind’s blank--again. i mean i have my assignment due on tuesday and i still have... nothing. not a thing.” she said, shaking her head as she tried to shoot him a tired smile. seeing his face drop a little, flora smiled a bit brighter, leaning in to give him an eskimo kiss. “it’s okay. i’ll come up with something eventually.” she said softly, locking eyes with him as she rested her forehead against his. “maybe--maybe i can help.” daniel then said, smiling at her. a chuckle fell from flora’s lips as she narrowed her eyes a bit. “you know how a fifteen year old girl wants her room ?” she asked, curiously. however when he shook his head, biting down on his lower lip, she leaned back a bit, staring at him. “well, enlighten me then.” flora said, grateful for any kind of help. that’s when he cupped her face, pulling her in for a forceful kiss. as his hands slit down her body only to rest them on her hips again, the blonde locked her fingers in his soft, brown hair. “i have a feeling this idea might work...” she mumbled against his lips, only to crash hers onto them once more. “oh--well you ain’t seen nothing yet, then.” he replied inbetween kisses, pulling back only to stand up, lifting her along and moving the two of them over to his room. ❞
