This is much harder than you make it look! 😍 Day 12 of #myhooping challenge by @trixieturvy and @hoopologie Today we talk about other loves in our lives other than hula hoop. And for me it is the trapeze, particularly the swinging kind. Funny enough I think training swinging is like training hoops. It's repetition after repetition until your body knows what to do. Then there is more repetition after repetition to get it consistent. And I like that way of working.
