It's hard to believe something this gorgeous is a product of earth and fire. Introducing our Flare Cup from ceramicist Liao Guo Hua. Each hand shaped, unglazed cup was wood fired over the course of three days, then re-fired several months later.
The result is a highly reflective sheen that captures and plays with light. A brilliant kaleidoscope of gold tones.
Song Tea & Ceramics will be releasing a small selection of Liao Guo Hua's pieces when we launch in late August.
