Mail Day! I don't know why, but the last few months I've been having a rough go when it comes to daily routines. More and more, I am easily overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious. I've extra sensitive to things like smell, light, and especially sound. Part of it is age, part of it is environmental and who knows what else. The biggest issue I've noticed is my sensitivity to some sound getting worse. It's not that I CAN'T hear, it's the opposite. It is like everything seems LOUDER and invasive at random times(sometimes all the time), especially if I'm feeling anxious. At bedtime it's worse. My sleep is normally horrible, but lately when going to sleep I hear everything going on around me. Be it my partner and the dog breathing or snoring, the cat doing cat things, the air in the vents, the cars outside, people talking outside, appliances in the house - I hear it all and I can't turn it off. Every. Single. Noise. Enter an ad for @flareaudio that randomly appeared on my social media newsfeed a few weeks ago. After checking out the reviews and contacting the company with some questions,I decided to place an order and give these things a whirl. I'm excited they are finally here. I ordered a pair of Calmer clear for day time use, and Calmer Night for bedtime. I'm going to give these a few weeks and see if I notice any changes(they have a 100 money back guarantee). I'll dona review after a good trial. Here's hoping they give me some relief! No, I was not paid to say any of this, and I did not receive anything for free. #flareaudio #flarecalmer #flarecalmernight https://www.instagram.com/p/CPoHFWfMxV_/?utm_medium=tumblr
