Fool's Holiday || Elios & Flannery (Christmas Event)
Praginue City. Back in Hearthome City, before they went their separate ways, Cynthia told Elios of the upcoming Christmas event she was organising in the city. Her declaration of it being a city wide event was no exaggeration. Everywhere Elios looked, people were wearing domino masks and dressed in formal wear. The Ace Trainer was no different, wearing a midnight blue suit and domino mask of the same colour. The atmosphere was like nothing Elios had ever seen before. The whole city had got involved to make Praginue a winter wonderland.
Normally the Ace Trainer wouldn't take a break from his quest to find his sister just because some girl asked him to go somewhere to see her, but Cynthia was different. In the time he'd spent with her, he'd smiled more than he had in the past few years. It had made him think maybe it was time to stop his mission. He'd been searching for the girl in his photo for five years, travelling through regions of the world to no avail. Maybe it was time he started living his life for himself. As these thoughts swirled around the Cinnabar Island trainer's head, he began to feel the cold affect him. Spotting a bar, Elios made his way inside and found himself in a rock bar with a band in full swing. What luck. His kind of bar. Making his way up to the bar, he ordered himself a hot Charmander Fireball Whiskey and sat himself down on a stool. He barely had the first sip in him when a red haired woman, a few years older than himself, sat down beside him and ordered the same thing. Girl has good taste Elios thought to himself. "Cold starting to get at you too sweetheart?" The girl smiled back at him, half her face hidden by a domino mask designed to look like flames.
