Flashpoint Dogs Head to Florida
It's official: Sprucy, Spiffy, Flag, Helen, TOO and Brassy all left Flashpoint Kennels for Florida yesterday. Our tails up to MaryLu Kinlaw (Almost Home Rescue) for taking the dogs to find them a home and Lori Seeley and Gloria Casey for making the drive!
I am re-posting all of the available Jacks from Flashpoint Kennels on my blog as I post them to our rescue (Georgia Jack Russell Adoption) page. Flag a-wavin' here! You fell in love with me at first sight, didn't you? People always do. Then they find out I'm 9 years old and shy away. It's too bad because I'm such a sweet, wonderful girl with a whole lotta life in me. They haven't been able to find my records yet (lost in the fire, probably), but I'm microchipped and have all of my shots and heartworm preventive. I seemed to be fine around the strangers who took these photos and the other dogs around me, but feel free to call and make sure. Jacks in Need after Kennel Fire
We just posted three available dogs at Flashpoint Kennels to our Facebook page. This is the kennel in Rome, Ga., where the indoor kennel burned down last week. We visited last weekend to bring them some much-needed food, blankets, etc.
We will be making the trek to Rome again this weekend with our photographer to take more photos and get information on all of the adoptable ones.The remaining area of the kennels will be closing and these guys and gals need to find foster or permanent homes ASAP.
