Sometimes drains back fall and cause drainage problems. This is especially true in easements where there are a lot of trees. Ground movement and flat grades make the pipe fall the other way.

When a new pipe is designed it is very important to know where are all the pipes are so that there would not be a clash. Adequate vertical and horizontal distances are to be observed.
