This is one of the first videos made after deciding to explore the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
If you go by car, after driving via a narrow winding line, you will finally reach a car park (parking charges apply). After leaving your car here, a first glance of the area determines you to stop for a few minutes and relax by listening and watching the ocean waves.
Bovisand Bay is accessible via several uneven steps down a sandy path. Steep cliffs either side, footprints on the yellow sand and perfect ocean waves, that's what you'll find at Bovisand Beach on a windy day. At low tide the Bovisand area expands, making Bovisand Bay popular with locals.
Continuing our walk on the coast path, we enter Bovisand park, which is a grass bank that links Bovisand Bay with Crownhill Bay. Watching from above, you can watch the ocean waves hitting the rocks, which is absolutely lovely and relaxing, especially on a sunny and a little windy day like this.
