"You move in with the guy and suddenly I don't exist anymore. I see how it is."
( hehe hi. )
“I’m surprised you knew I still existed. Pretty sure I’ve been the one trying to keep in contact.” Of course, she had been out of town and timezones existed to cause frustration and annoyance. “But yes, Noah and I moved in with him. It was… it was time.” Now she’s smiling, even though she knows Mac probably doesn’t care much because it’s Elliot and admittedly, her dislike for him bothered her. But she understood it in some ways. She just hoped they’d get along eventually. “And that isn’t all…” It wasn’t the only big change. She’s smiling wide, fingers gently caressing the cool metal cross hanging around her neck. She wondered if Mac would understand at all. Without context, it probably wasn’t simple to figure it out. But then again, this was Mac. And they were Olivia and Elliot.
But really? She was happy to have her best friend back.
"I want to forget... help me forget." [FLASBACK *eye emoji*]
She was wet.
Completely drenched from the head down thanks to the storm covering all of New York. Lightning struck in the background, thunder echoed all around them. She struck and he followed - lips curling into a cocky grin before he's pulling her inside of his home, right up against his half naked body, dressed only in dark blue shorts and what lies beneath. His lips are on hers within seconds of her plea and he's turning her around, hand reaching behind him to shut the door before he's walking her backwards, hands starting push the wet jacket down her arms, letting it hit the floor.
He isn't being gentle with the kiss, either. His lips consume hers, tongue dominates, his feet guiding hers. This is how he makes her forget, how he's made her forget before. This is what their relationship consists of: the use of each other, convenience, somewhere to go and something to do whenever they pleased or needed. Which was fine with Richard since he wasn't looking for anything too serious or committed, even if he did feel something for this damned woman. For whatever their fucked up relationship was. He couldn't get enough of her and clearly she couldn't get enough of him.
His teeth grab hold of her bottom lip and he bites down and tugs gently before he's letting it slip from his grip, eyes dark and dilated, filled with carnal lust. "Get into the bedroom." He wasn't going to bother with any small talk. Why would he? She wanted to forget and that's exactly what Richard would do. Make her forget about everything except for him.
"Sixty percent of the human body is water. I'm thirsty, care to help out?" -- For Harm (I was bored, I'm so sorry. )
Harm blinked at his partner, tilting his head. She often stunned him, but it was rare that she could leave him speechless. He, however, had absolutely no idea how to respond to her. Finally, he wordlessly held out a bottle of water.
"Have you ever considered jumping off a cliff?"
"Cliff jumping is actually a very thrilling activity." He states with heavy sarcasm, flashing her a smug grin. Obviously he knew her meaning behind the question, what with the bite in her words. Still as feisty as she ever was, though perhaps more, and he's quite enjoying it. Especially if she thinks her words actually phase him. She isn't the first to wish him harm, she isn't the first to hate him, and she wouldn't be the last, either. "Sticks and stones. Try throwing them a little harder next time." He adds with a chuckle, leaning back in his seat as he watches her, the smug look still in place. "Can't get enough of me, Mac?"
