sure, camp half-blood has been around for far longer than america !! but who doesn’t love an excuse to let loose ?? all of you have been working so hard this summer, you deserve a break. with the help of our head counselors, we’ve put together a little celebration for you all !! the harpies will be grilling up a mean americana barbeque all day and there will be a chariot race tournament !! additionally, the climbing wall will be spewing red, white, and blue lava all day. finally, we’ll end with a big bonfire tonight concluding with a fantastic fireworks display courtesy of the children of hephaestus and hecate !!
let’s all pretend like this winter storm hitting the northeastern us isn’t happening and instead transport ourselves to the warm summer months !! mr. d is out on super secret official business, so his children have taken this opportunity to provide plenty of booze for their fellow campers. on top of the more imaginative festivities above, the campers are also welcome to enjoy sandcastle building competitions on the beach, games of cornhole, and whatever other trashy american party games you can imagine !!
this event will tentatively run for a week, ending on january 28, but this is subject to change ( cut short or extend, depending on the group vibe ) . use #fleece.event2 for your starters, and be sure to reply to your fellow campers !!
