What do you use to make these they're amazing ��

I used shotcut to make the video’s, it’s a free video editing program. It does it’s job fine but I’m used to premiere pro so it’s a bit of a step down :/ 

I made the blink animation frames and the background and such in photoshop. And the little white sparkles are a free green screen effect I got from youtube somewhere :0
