Something I appreciate about Fleggs is that they're introduced in the mapmaking game as something one of the players hunts and eats, and then in the very first episode they're reintroduced as beings that cannot die and thus be consumed. It's very funny to imagine a paper from the biology department at Presh University talking about how over 100 years the Flegg have evolved into becoming immortal beings with the ability to turn to stone and how the fuck that happens to something,
#someone puts out a theory that change is another one of the signs of the coming end of the world#that all hunting animals are slowly going to become more and more unkillable until everyone starves or some shit like that#unfortunately they got assassinated by the Hexcloaks for mentioning the slow demagicking of the eastern continent#so ther hasn't been much engagement with that theory#friends at the table#Perpetua#fleggs
