Pons remembered he has 2 riders and not just Arón
News about Canet (sorry if someone posted about it already, but Saturday is the cleaning day at home). All data gathered from a pit-lane interview from DAZN.
The "capillary" could not be cauterized, and in fact, they made the injury worse. The doctors could not find the capillary to cauterize it, and apparently they were searching for it. Canet was in a lot of pain due to that. The procedure will take place on Monday in Barcelona by a trusted team (shady).
Canet has been bleeding so much that I'm starting to think it is no longer a capillary, but a vein or an artery on the nose. And that the procedure does the small break in the artery much worse. O even if it's really a capillary that they produced an extensive damage in it. I'm guessing it just in how profusely, he seems to be bleeding and the speed of the bleed as they can't stop it. Canet nearly passed out from the pain of the procedure caused him. I'm guessing the recommendation is going under anaesthesia, but IRTA/MotoGP/Dr. Charte somehow forced themselves into a much less invasive type of anaesthesia. He is still in a great pain, pain after the doctors were proving him trying to find this "capillary".
Canet was feeling dizzy, so he returned to the box. He had to talk with Dr. Charte and the team to be withdrawn. Again, I'm guessing they were forcing themselves into convincing Canet to race again. We have to remember, Canet has a broken nose, an important bleeding while he is on the bike and an important amount of blood lost. Ande he has trouble breathing too.
He is not going to race tomorrow, and I expect people to respect that decision, as a loss of consciousness due to blood lose is an option here. I applaud this decision, and I hope all of us do too.
After the Spanish GP, Canet got a fever, his wrist was swollen, and he felt like stabbing in his hand. He was in no condition to race there. He is still in pain, he did struggle with the change of direction, and he looked in agony after the race.
I'm asking once again, why is he declared fit to race? Why does his team allow him to race in those conditions?
I've been thinking (bad thing guys) that if Bezz moves to MotoGP with Aprilia, who's going to be Cele's teammate?
All VR46 riders are signed. Franky has a contract with Petronas, Pecco is a Ducati rider and Luca is going to rider with Avintia/Esponsorama with the SKY colours (I don't understand that very well, but whatever). In Moto2, Manzi has signed with FlexBox HP40, and in Moto3 Migno has signed with Snipers Team, and Antonelli is with Avintia for next year.
So, I ask again, who is going to be Cele's teammate?
Don't get me wrong, if Bezz signs with Aprilia, I'll be happy.
I wanted Bezz and Cele as teammates in Sky Racing Team VR46 for next year.
