After months of rescheduling, AirAds has failed to provide the contractually agreed upon make up flight. They had promised a refund instead of the flight but it never arrived. We have tried contacting them repeatedly and even sent a certified letter but have received no response. Clockblockers
Thread regarding the AirAds and make up flight situation including a little background. Sorry about the lack of information lately, our representative has continued to try and negotiate with Joel and we were looking into our legal options. After the problems with the 2nd flight on September 15th, including the missing Hulu banner, we were able to get Joel to agree to a free make up flight. We got him to sign a contract for the free make up flight. Prior to late September there was not a contract in place. A new Hulu banner or a modification to the banner, as well as test flight were promised. Proof of either of those things never happened. There were 6 scheduled flights that did not occur for one reason or another. As well as at least a dozen additional proposed flight dates. Due to the ongoing issues as well as the fires in California and the weather issues, on November 14th Joel said he would send a refund in lieu of the make up flight. Multiple dates that the check had or would be cut have been given, but not the check. Joel has stopped responding to emails or phone calls. Our representative began communicating only in writing. 2 letters of intent were sent to AirAds via Certified Mail. 1st was returned because the address on the website is undeliverable. 2nd was delivered on January 25th.
At this point we are launching Mission Tweet AirAds.
