Frist Flip.

After trust falls we spent the rest of the class working on side flips, this was the first time I was learning flips EVER. we started learning the basic movements which was a side roll. Then had to roll over a low mat to get the feeling of moving the roll higher. Finally we  did the roll, which basically was the flip, over a 3 foot vault box.

Here is a fun fact for you, I am only 5 feet tall, that means I am jumping 3/5 of me and rolling over a box. The first one was sloppy, but after that was good. I messed up a few of them, but pretty much had it down by the end of class.
