Confrontationist pt.2

So today I was working at McDonald’s and these kids were looking at me like they were checking me out. Keep in mind they’re just kids so it wasn’t like that but i started avoiding them and i felt awkward. I don’t wanna feel awkward though and I’ve actually been working really hard on not being awkward in those situations. I wanna feel confident in conversation, you know? How i would re-do this, if i had the chance, is when they looked at me i would have waved. And not in a flirty way but just acknowledged their presence. I love people and i love talking and get the chance to have conversation every chance i get so i wanna work on that more. On a more positive note, i was leaving my second job when these kids were like I’ll see you later! And i was like oh okay bye :) and then they said bye mom and i just laughed. Instead of acting like i thought it was weird i laughed and I’m proud of that because when i do weird or dumb shit I’m not trying to offend anyone or annoy anyone i wanna make them laugh or smile. And i want more instances like this. I just wanna be more confident, more open minded and more conversational.
