A Shiny Mystery Burd

What's this bird? I see a flock of 'em in an open electric box, I think numbering 12? They came in this shiny jet black and a dull brown gray with a stripey belly and chest? Red to brown eyes. I suspect its somekinda starling based on the flocking behavior. Or is it a Mynah?

How do flocking birds move in unison? We’ve all seen flocks of birds wheeling and swooping in unison, as if choreographed. How do they do this?
