Let's talk about Rose and Tentoo. Of course there would have been some difficult patches at first. I can imagine a few arguments, because neither of them are entirely what the other was expecting.

Tentoo wasn't her Doctor as she knew him, and it'd take at least some time to get settled with the fact that he was everything the Doctor was, with just a hint of Donna. Of course he wasn't the exact same- he was the Doctor, but not a replacement for the Doctor. He had his own unique experiences, born in battle with his first act being genocide. He was so much the same but just different enough to throw her off.

Rose had changed from the woman he lost in Canary Wharf three years prior. Three years working for Torchwood, fighting alien threats and jumping between worlds. Life without the Doctor is always a little less bright, filled with more compromises and difficult decisions. It changed her, turned her into a soldier who would commend Martha's decision to ransom the Earth itself when the Doctor was horrified.

Because she's learned to make sacrifices, to lose the one to save the many. A choice Tentoo made when he destroyed the Daleks.

The Doctor didn't drop them off just because of what Tentoo did- he also saw the change in Rose and maybe that scared him too, of what he had done to her just as Dalek Caan accused. He left them together, two soldiers who would not judge each other, walking the path of healing on even grounds.

Rose and Tentoo might not have been exactly what each other had expected, but this allowed them to rediscover each other, accept each other.

It allowed them to fall in love.

Opinion on;

Character in general: Rose will be always my favourite companion, even though she still loses the first place for River. But c’mon. She is Rose Tyler. She is amazing. I don’t know what to say, cause she is badass and so flawless.

And the Doctor? Well, it’s pretty obvious I love the Doctor. But this dark version of him… I have to admit that I got a certain kind of… thing for him. Cause sometimes I think I like him more than just the Doctor.

How they play them: I have no words to express how much I like the way Ghost play both of the characters. It’s completely brilliant, and flawless, and amazing. It’s just.. Sometimes I get a bit jeoulus because the writing and the way she sees both Rose and the Doctor is so perfect that I just can’t… find proper words to describe my reaction.

The Mun: It has been a while since I don’t talk to the mun, but she’s very nice. I enjoyed talking to her and I wish we could talk more :3
