honestly i think if you're concerned about people pairing their not-male sidesteps with chen you should consider this hot new trend called touching grass. that's a fictional character and he's canonically into fictional genderqueer characters anyway
just remembered im not a teenager
Missing my wife hours I guess
when i was a kid i HATED the powerpuff girls with a burning passion. it just pissed me off so much lol. in retrospect it was probably dysphoria but in my mind at the time i was upset by what i thought of as a narrow, sexist, conservative view of girls and women that treated a specific kind of femininity like a biological component of womanhood. i always hated the whole "sugar and spice and everything nice/snips and snails and puppydog tails" version of gender, so that that is the canon recipe for "making girls" just already made me want to kill someone lmao. i also tend to find that late 50s/early 60s advertising mascot art style to be utterly repulsive beyond that (#1 1950s hater in the world william s churros) so it just had everything working against it and realizing that essentially nobody else feels this way about the show is so strange lmao
i am a huge fan of those gen alpha killua jokes
