Stay Away from Floor and Decor

I'm pissed. I called your store in Hialeah and hit #1 for customer service. Asked the young man who answered the phone some questions about your prefab shower kits. He didn't know anything other than they were in an orange and (another colored box) & he stated he was new. He volunteered to go look at the size and price. Put me on hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up and called back, the phone would ring and ring and then they'd hang up on me. I tried extension 1, 2 & 3 with the same results. I am one who does not appreciate such rude, unprofessional customer service. If you don't want one's business tell them to f... off and please don't call back. But, instead they have wasted 30 minutes of my time. Ya, right. I will go to Social Media, my 10k twitter followers, FB, instagram, google+ & more. You must be one of those companies that has so much business you can afford to piss off anyone and it not hurt your bottom line.Good Luck.. Your Customer Service SUCKS...
