If you don't have a dedicated art blog yet that would be a good place to start :0 posting fanart and stuff helps gain traction and gives you a larger audience to sell to. I think there are some good vids on yt on how to grow a following and earn money off of art online :0
Sites like redbubble are fine but if you can print and ship stuff on your own you can control how much of a profit you make off of it. A lot of those sites take a large portion of the money paid for goods. I've heard Etsy has a low commission rate compared to other sites
I do have a dedicated art blog! ...Kind of. It’s more like an art archive, where I reblog the better art I post here (or post on my fandom sideblogs, if relevant there) but I do fanart so rarely, and am rather hesitant sticking my neck out in fandoms considering I have like. my own little circle of folks I let in from fandoms in addition to my friends, which means I have little idea what the group is like, and what will happen should I grab attention... but then, that’s kind of the price of visibility, I understand that.
I have some materials to print with at present, and I can definitely try shipping my own, but I would worry immensely over such a process, not to mention having to do my own math of how much I need to make off of what I print+ship, and how much I’d have to pay to get more materials once I run out. RedBubble, as far as I understand, takes care of those concerns for cutting at the price it’ll take to make it, which... for it to take a load off my mind, I’m okay with (at least currently, when as it stands I have no income at all. The small sum a RB Shop would give me after their commission rate would be better than just nothing, which is why it’s on the list)

I bet you're gonna do great!! If u haven't watched them already, Matt's GM tips series is literally priceless. Those vids are so damn helpful
I’VE LITERALLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO BOTH OUR DM WHEN WE FIRST STARTED, AND ANOTHER FRIEND WHO JUST STARTED DM’ING... BUT HAVE NOT WATCHED MYSELF

If u ever wanted general advice for running dnd feel free to hmu! I'm sure uve got some other sources of advice to go to but I figured I'd mention!!!! I've been a dm for roughly 2yrs now so I might be of help. Also I've found that my own love for npcs shines though and affects the party's feelings on them! If they're not a big bad I'm sure your players will dig them :D ( I mean they might still. Villains are great but u know. IC I guess) Love that npc and it'll show :-)!
:0c! I may... take you up on that. I have a good few friends who have DM’ed in addition to you, I just... don’t often reach out one-on-one w/folks when I need help in general @~@ And I can’t ask my own current DM given he’s gonna be a player in this when I dunno how to be generic enough to not spoil him, pffhfth
But yeah! I’m fairly sure of that, and I like Deeply Love making characters as everyone knows, so NPCs are v fun to make, but... how to I smush everything together right... Like I can handle the broad strokes of building up countries and their people and such characters from places, especially characters, but how do I maps and plan encounters, wh...
It’s a learning experience.

I doubt they would let you take it online cuz they gotta make sure your scores are legit,,, wishing u better luck next time tho that's a pain :-(
Plus they also require me to bring in documents that prove 1) I am the actual real person I say I am 2) that I live in this state, it’s hard to prove that over the internet.

this wouldve been so fucking useful 2 saturdays ago. im a dumb little bitch
WE ALL OUT HERE BEIN’ DUMB, SIREN. I’ve looked at this section so many times, and I missed it. Granted, I’m an Arcane caster, we just have the spells we choose every level* but that’s IT, so I never actually had to think critically abt how Divine spells work.
*Barring wizards and their spellbooks, but then they still have to study the spells before they can learn to use them. And then Warlocks an expanded list, but that’s to choose from, not just HAVE...
