Way before Toya picked up street music (like, 12 years old), he wanted to experiment and make his own stuff & post them online but he had no experience with synthesizers and music software and was too scared to post videos of himself singing. Back then, the first program Toya got his hands on was UTAU, so he has this idea to create his own personal UTAU voicebank and cover songs, so he could "sing" without actually singing. So, when his parents went overseas, he found the perfect opportunity to record his voicebank. He named his UTAUloid ATWillow (Toya is very good at coming up with names) and it took him a gazillion attempts to make it because he wanted to record perfect samples (thought he has perfect pitch)
Toya ended up with a project he was very proud of. ATWillow was his first attempt at creating something freely and for the first time he had interests as a teenager. He made a few covers and uploaded them on niconico. As he grew up, he slowly forgot about his UTAUloid and to this day, ATWillow remains hidden, saved in one of his old hard drives, but not entirely lost.
There he is, ATWillow:)
