1) I looked up what 80 degrees is and it is an adorable temperature, I love different climates and finding out what temperatures are completely inhospitable to humans (today was 46F; I'm in physical pain & at my wits end from the cold, feel free to laugh at this) 2) Spray bottle by your bed. Mist yourself on any and all bare skin to achieve max coolness. Give yourself goosebumps even in +100F weather. Works best with access to a breeze, but breeze absolutely not required. Thinking ice thoughts!
Lol! It's always been so funny to me how we all have different tolerances for heat/cold. I'm usually pretty comfortable in 80F weather, but we live on the top floor in a northeast facing unit, which means we get direct sun for 2/3 of the day and it gets... hot. I can deal with it until it's time for bed, but then I can't sleep!!! But when it gets hotter (like next week when we're potentially averaging 90F all week), I will definitely be sitting in front of a fan with a spray bottle. It's the only way I can survive the summer in this apartment unless I lock myself in the bedroom with the a/c 😂
I'm also miserable when it's that cold out, so I sympathize! Anything colder than 60F and I start to complain.
