Lars of the stars theory jasper joins the off colors crew

we haven’t really seen them fight other than in the ship fighting emerald and even then it was mostly Stevonnie who did the blasting. Jasper is a war veteran who fought during the war with the crystal gems and even corrupted gems after.

also the team who consist of people who are deemed as unfit to even exist in the eyes of their home and hid for thousand of years until the found the strength to leave to find a better life for their friends and family + A perfect gem the moment she emerged who think their only flaw is being from organic planet and constantly trying to prove themselves through battles and fights that they are more than just a useless hunk of rock that they were born from

There’s rhodonite and fluorite two healthy and stable fusions interacting with a gem whose only fusions were toxic to both parties and left her corrupted. I can imagine an episode about dealing with past destructive relationships and learn to move on and be a better person for that

mostly hc but i think jasper would be protective over pad, she still believes in the caste system and out of the rest of the off colors(two fusions, conjoined gems and pink human zombie) she is the highest ranking of all so shes very much defensive for her. and with pad giving extra context on the present(her predicting garnet making everyone uncomfortable moment) she would add context for jasper’s actions and possibly help her with fights when she could “predict” on like reasoning and enemy behavior
