Made a pansy tea! I made this by adding fresh pansies to hot water, steeping for a few minutes and adding sugar. Adding citrus changes the color! I only added two limes, but if you add more citrus, it can become more of a lemonade instead of a tea, and the color change will be more significant. I refrigerated mine and the color developed into a deeper shade of pink. Would also recommend over ice but I just didn’t have ice
