I need to remember to post
Your post got me thinking that Hetty and Flower should bond over having creepy older family members. Elias & Unnamed Uncle.
I really want that. Part of why I have the HC that its Hetty who finds Flower during Flower's first night is I love this idea of Hetty "doesn't like touch" Woodstone will pick up on Flower and her seeks comfort in touch nature during that interaction. Will have this internal "shes been hurt too" alarm flickering inside her and just immediately set a sort of permanent "if ever you need take my hand" rule with her. Thus why we can see Flower touching her and Hetty reluctantly just accepting even during the early seasons.
Id love for Flower to mention the Uncle again and Hetty just move closer. Elias tries to do something and Flower moves closer to Hetty - even slightly before her. The two just using closeness as a bonding tool over these things. And then we can have a "we never should have had to go through that" mutual realization share.

What episode does Flower mention her uncle?
According to the Ghosts Wikia its "The Perfect Assistant". I cant verify that myself right now, I do remember her mentioning the Uncle and her brother (wikia mentions multiple brothers thus why I ran with that but I remember the one who deployed to Vietnam).
