Goal  The district is the main features of the ocean high-tech R & D and ocean industrial agglomerations. We hope to establish knowledge hubs with the knowledge clusters, and finally to promote the ocean knowledge economy development of the whole Blue Silicon Valley region through knowledge hubs（Research center parks）. Planning the first successful and typical research center with the main characteristics of ocean is particularly important.
