If you need me this is where I will be.... So I have been pondering this piece for several years. Rhiannon and the Golden Bowl. I have done maybe 10 pieces on the subject matter before I settled on the piece on the bottom left. In the last 48 hours the final version has poured out.I will not bore you with the subject matter right now. I probably will eventually. I spent most of my life working to earn a paycheck. I have not had time like this for my art since I was in my 20's. When the last place I worked closed Capt asked me to stay home and work on my art. He said he wanted the woman he married back, the artist. It has taken a little over a year of starts and stops as I struggled to find that part of me again. I think I finally found it. All of you helped. I struggle mightily to be positive, and you being supportive and kind as I wonder around the art history corridors in my head, or wax poetic about the man of my dreams have sped me to this place. So to use my favorite phrase thank you.
