In a glowing light, Alice now wore a silken dress in a tint of rose.
"There we go..now you're even more beautiful."
"Wah! Byakuren? *spins around, looking her dress over* Wh-what did you do...?"
"Oh I'm sorry.. is that gown not pretty enough? Do you want a better one?"
✿ (Miko was a Buddhist once. I don't think that really counts for anything but consider it a flower of friendship or something. Yeah, let's just go with that.)

The monk puts a hand in front of her, facing the saint. And poof
Miko is now in flowing gown, the base cut at mid thigh, but grew longer towards the back. She also wore high heels, and some partial lipgloss and eyeliner. Her earmuffs did remain. Maybe Byakuren thought that made her look adorable already?
"There! You look splendid!"

Byakuren claps her hands, and with a poof Nitori now wears a classy dress frillling near the bottom, in place of her hat there are small bows keeping her hair in side ponytails.
"You're beautiful!"

"Oh Mr Daichi. Reimu isn't going to like that."
As the tengu man walks out the magician shoots him with a a small ray of light, and he then adorns a tuxedo with a red spotted bowtie.
Byakuren giggles at her work.

"My its wonderful Iku thank you. But.."
Byakuren snaps her fingers, Iku is then showered with sparkles, and as they fade, Iku is now in an elegant gown, with multiple ribbons encircling the dress.
"Now you are just as wonderful!"
Magic Anon: "Fluff Nun?": Clearly the reason that people are so intimidated by Youkai is that well, they can look rather intimidating. As such Byakuren has decided to fix that. She's acquired literally tons of the cutest clothing imaginable and is going around trying to get Youkai to wear it. For the next 48 hours Byakuren is obsessed with making everyone look cute.
"I will make everyone look so adorable people will DIE from the cuteness~!"
Byakuren instinctively dawns a dress and bow on the anonymous one, whether it is identified as male or female, "There, perfect! You're gorgeous!"
