Saheeli Rai targets Felidar Guardian for the loop. If I in responce to them targeting the Guardian, cast Aether Meltdown, would the copy become a 0/4 or remain a 1/4?

It will be a 1/4.

When a token copy of a permanent is created, effects like Aether Meltdown and other effects that modify its characteristics aren’t considered. The permanent is copied as its printed, with only other copy effects (e.g. Clone) being taken into account here.

My opponent casts Ruinous Path targeting Nihir, the harbinger. In responce I cast Display of Dominance. Does Ruinous path still hit its target or does it miss and go into the graveyard?

When Ruinous Path goes to resolve, it checks to see if its target is still legal. Display of Dominance makes Nahiri an illegal target for Ruinous Path, so Ruinous Path will be countered instead of resolving. 

That’s if Ruinous Path wasn’t cast for its Awaken cost, though. If it was cast for the Awaken cost, then the land will still be a legal target and Ruinous Path will resolve since it still has a legal target remaining. It won’t be able to destroy Nahiri, since it can’t affect an illegal target, but the land will still get counters and become a creature.

Sigarda, Heron's Grace is on the battlefied. My opponent attacks with Ulamog, the ceaseless hunger. Does Ulamog's trigger still happen since I have he proof? The wording on Ulamog says defending player exiles top 20 cards. Thanks!

Yes.

Ulamog’s triggered ability doesn’t target you. It affects you, but that’s not the same thing as targeting you.

Can you cast Hallowed Moonlight in responce to Ormendahl exiling him?

You can cast Hallowed Moonlight in response to Westvale Abbey’s transform ability, but it won’t have any effect. When Westvale Abbey transforms into Ormendahl, it’s not changing zones and it’s not becoming a new object. It stays on the battlefield and just changes its characteristics.

When my opponent activates Duskwatch Recruiters ability, can I in responce cast an instant to destroy Recruiter before the ability triggers?

Once it has been activated, the ability exists independent of Duskwatch Recruiter, so killing it won’t keep the ability from resolving.

Creature blocks Kessig Forgemaster. The creature blocking is a 2/1. Kessig Forgemaster then deals 1 damage to creature. Is that damage dealt before combat damage? Like first strike. Or is does the damage happen all at once? Thank you!

The damage is dealt before any combat damage is dealt, so firstest strike, if you like. Except that it’s not combat damage.
