Features of Fluidized Bed Freezer
Stainless Fans: Stainless steel centrifugal fans generate high velocity, high pressure, low temperature vertical upward air jets.
Air Pulsation: A signature technology integrated into the fluidized bed freezer and impingement freezer, this unique air pulsation modulates only air pressure and frequency over the product bed. It gently separates delicate products at the crust freezing stage, while the horizontal plate freezer achieves comparable product protection through precise temperature control and uniform heat transfer, ideal for bulk or packaged delicate items.
3D Airflow: The mesh belt reciprocates in a unique forward-backwards motion at a certain frequency. Combined with the unique 3D air flow design of the JET fluidized bed, the wet and sticky product surface can be evenly blown by the air flow at 360 degrees, so that the product can achieve better separation and non-stick effect, thereby quickly forming a crust on the product surface to ensure the integrity of the product surface.
Large Evaporator: LAll three freezing solutions—the Fluidized Bed Freezer, horizontal plate freezer, and mesh belt tunnel freezer—are fitted with large-area aluminum alloy evaporators with adjustable fin pitch. This design prolongs frosting time and guarantees continuous, uninterrupted operation for industrial-scale production.
Air bypass: By fine-tuning air flow through the product bed, the air bypass ensures gentle, optimized fluidization.
Auto Control: Fully automatic control system and frequency conversion technology, stepless adjustment of belt speed.
Open Design: The fluidized bed freezer, impingement freezer, and horizontal plate freezer adopt an open structure design, providing easy access to internal equipment areas for quick cleaning and maintenance, ensuring compliance with strict food hygiene standards.
