I cracked open the #SketchboxJuly deluxe yesterday and tried out the materials it provided. When life gives you #lemons ... I started this study of lemons as a #negativespace exercise months ago with student grade watercolor then yesterday added a new layer to try my #stpetersburgwhitenightswatercolor paints I just received... there’s an amazing difference in pigments particularly in the brightest yellows and darkest greens. It took so many layers with the student paints and I thought I might ruin my nice #fluidpaper but with good watercolors, that did the trick!
