PS Flurp 6.17.20
HOLY COW. I cannot get over the amount of support I am receiving from this community. Just 4 or 5 days ago I was struggling to get 5 chatters at once and today I got ELEVEN! I’m so close to affiliate I can feeeeel it! The biggest reason I want to get to affiliate is for the custom emotes! I absolutely CANNOT WAIT!!! I want to do this naturally though. None of that follow4follow crap. I want to grow this community into something more than just numbers. I want people to interact, make new friends, and find a fun, safe place here.
Today auno20 became my techie mod! He will be managing the chatbot and Discord programming. Programming takes a lot of work, even the simple stuff that is easier comprehend. Auno is knowledgeable, creative, and positive which is why I’m super excited to work with him!!
I’ve been giving it some thought post-stream and I think I’ll just begin to look for a chat mod. This may be a 3 week process, this may be completed in 2 days.
The reason why I’m taking my time: Right now I seem to have 10ish regulars that pop in and out with the occasional rando. Because the 10 regulars are people whom I trust, I don’t feel the need for an immediate chat mod. I also want to get to know my Flurp Fam more. After all, I’ve only been streaming for a few weeks!
However...
If you’re interested please shoot me a DM preferably on Discord. I will probably have at least 2 mods in the future, but for now just looking for one. I feel weird asking people to be mods because it’s a volunteer job. It is work and I really don’t ever want anyone to feel obligated to stay through a whole stream (nor would I expect anyone to!)
Mod Qualifications
I would like mods to be regulars in the stream- someone who chats frequently, not just with me but other viewers as well. (another reason why I am comfortable with waiting some time)
No experience is necessary, but please state if you do have experience
Being creative is a huge plus!

Tonight I checked out the new Fortnite season!! The battle pass is SO RAD. I’m obsessed with almost everything in it but Kit.. KIT is my favorite.

After spending way too long gushing over all the new items I played squads with ChickenMcStud, PlayHun, JD, and Kayla. I can’t recall wether we won or lost. I was too overwhelmed by the new places, weapons, and all the frickin’ water. After playing only a few matches I’ve come up with these opinions thus far: -~Riding a shark is badass. Getting chased and eaten by one is not.
~If I was a sexy black man, the new Fade skin would be ME.

~Risky Reels is underwater and I feel very sad
~I am allergic to apples IRL and I’m glad my virtual self can enjoy them in Season 3.
~Rickety Rigs is my favorite new location. I got a gold AR and then a purple tac in just 2 chests.
~The Fortilla is also pretty rad.
~I don’t know how I feel about all of the water just yet. I’ll keep you updated.
After a few matches of Fortnite I decided to just chat for a minute. I’ve been hearing a lot about Rocket League. I’m not sure I’ll like it but the other day I noticed it’s free on Xbox Game Pass! I may play that on stream on Friday.
I wrapped up the night with eating an artichoke and taking a Buzzfeed quiz but I probably should’ve stopped at the artichoke. I need to remind myself not to overdo it.
