Tips for your next cycling class
If you’re new to cycling, or even if you are advanced but would still like to learn a few tips, here are the top ones that may be useful for your next class:
1. Always prepare- bring your water bottle, grab a towel, arrive early to set up your bike.
2. Listen to your instructor- They will tell you exactly when to speed up, slow down, add more resistance, etc. This will maximize your workout allowing you to increase your heartrate for ultimate fat burning.
3. Know how to pace yourself- you can try to keep up with the person next to you especially if you're a beginner and they’ve been spinning for years. You will burn out quickly and make it to the end.
