“this is hard! because really, i think i have different tastes than the general population, but i’m gonna go with how i feel because this is about me. coming in first is….miss lee sooyeon! shocker, right? aside from the fact that we’re bound to marriage by an imaginary contract, she’s one of the closest to me! so it’d be easier to date her because really, there’s not that many secrets with us. she’s really pretty and fun to be around - also keeps it very real! but her downside is i think that if i screwed her over she would try to attack me with like….a butterknife. she’s got so much pent up aggression in that little body, so i’m not gonna lie….a little scared of her. very chaotic energy. next is…soojin! she’s so cute, like so cute, so i’d definitely get some really good girlfriend pics out of that relationship. but we did kind of….hate each other for a long time, so there’s always going to be a bit of awkwardness there. next is miss nari, she just takes the meaning of gorgeous to a whole new level and i can’t believe she’s real! plus, we’ve been rooming together for all this time, just the two of us, so i can’t say there’s much we don’t know about each other by now. her only disadvantage is that we might spend so much time together already that dating each other would be an overkill. then there’s sister ruan, who i’m only ranking so low because we’re like family! but also like….she’s definitely very gorgeous, and i love her to death. since we’re so close i think our relationship would be successful because we could talk things out and i think we bond over our mutual hatred for the same types of people. jiae’s after that, we’ve got this thing where we look out for each other and i know she’s got my back and i got her’s, so that’s great for a relationship. her downfall is that i think her fans would try to break up our relationship. next up is hinata because - well, have you seen her? visual goddess, for one, but it’s like my happy and childish side comes out when she’s around. it’s really nice, plus i feel like we have a lot to talk about and she helps me with my japanese! but she doesn’t like girls, and if she moves back to japan that could be a huge damper on our relationship…..unless i came, of course. such a shame, right? i almost feel like i’m committing a sin putting arabella so low, but she’s so powerful she can get with like...anyone and i don’t know if i can take that. then there’s siyeon, who’s ranked so low because let’s start with the fact that….well, she doesn’t like girls either. but aside from that, being the leader means she’s in control of all of us a lot of times, and as much as i love her it makes her feel like my mom. and i….wouldn’t date my mom.”

the last time yujin’s ever seen sooyeon around was for shared house where she would make frequent guest appearances thanks to joosung. she’d always been vocal about her love for the younger female as well as her group, but she’s never really had the opportunity to befriend her though she’s always wanted to. with their promotions overlapping this time around, she’s hoping that her little leap of courage will prove to be successful. 

standing outside sooyeon’s dressing room, she takes a deep breath before knocking on the door. maybe she should have brought sung with her. he would probably have been able to lighten up what she thinks will be a slightly awkward atmosphere. when she’s allowed in, she remembers to present her the signed cd that the members have prepared. her manager thought it was weird that yujin so actively volunteered to take it to sooyeon even though the group would most likely have to go greet her as a group anyway. seniority or whatever.

No one is surprised to see Sooah being all excited about the activities anymore. She was always walking from one side to the other, talking to people, or doing some of the classes they made available to the idols. To put it simply, she was enjoying the little break as much as she could while she could before they had to go back to the busy and rushed life that awaited her back home. It almost felt like she was on a school trip if she ever went on one, after all, she had already debuted when she was in high school, and going to places with her schoolmates wasn’t really a possibility at the time.

Compared to her roommate, Sooah was simply overly excited. Somehow, every time Sooah saw Sooyeon, either in their room or in some quiet place outside, the other was asleep and Sooah quite understood why that was the case. If she wasn’t mistaken, Wish would start touring and with how close together their comebacks usually are, it would come to no surprise if they started preparing their next song soon. But Sooah had pilates class and there was no one else she could have asked to make her company and somehow, she had managed to drag Sooyeon from all people to a more exciting activity than sleeping.

They were on a little break and Sooah felt her muscles aching a little from all the exercise when she finally looked at her companion, “I should have taken you to a less demanding class now that I think about it, are you okay?”

Being the performer that he was, Samsoo was excited for the festival concert. Even though Unity would only be performing three songs, it was still exciting for him because he hadn’t performed with his members in a few weeks. While a lot of idols would have taken that time to enjoy their little break, it had made Soo pretty antsy. He didn’t like not having work - it reminded him too much of the long gap between comebacks Unity had towards the beginning of their career. No comebacks, very few personal schedules, it was like a personal hell for Soo. He was just glad they were being given work now, even if it seemed like a lot. He wandered around the backstage of the venue, stopping short when he spotted a familiar figure near one of the snack tables. He came up behind her, gently tapping her on the shoulder to get her attention. “A little birdie told me that you guys are performing your new song - is that true?” He asked, snagging one of the little bags of snacks from off the table for himself.

“wait, are you even old enough to have cocktails?” it’s an odd question, but it’s also the first thing that comes to her mind upon seeing the younger female. she couldn’t remember sooyeon’s exact age mainly because she just knows that she’s younger than her by quite a lot of years. sooyeon could turn thirty, and suji would still think that she was twenty. that’s just how she appeared to her. 

she shakes her head a few times, realizing that the question could have come out sounding rude. “sorry. this is just me forgetting peoples’ ages. sometimes i can’t even remember my own age. someone will ask me how old i am, and i’ll blank out for a moment before doing the math in my head,” she explains, hoping that it doesn’t sound like too much of an excuse because it was quite true. with each year that passed, suji has started thinking less and less of her age.

comebacks are always an exciting thing. as much as she’s been doing this for almost five years, sophie still finds it in her to get excited about the possibility of releasing new music, of shooting a new music video, of offering new content for the fans. she enjoys the outcome almost as much as she enjoys the process – it’s inevitable for her to enjoy all the new clothes, the make up, the hair. sophie’s enjoyed being pampered and made to look good since she was a little girl and it’s not different now, as a grown up. being an idol makes it so that she has a lot of opportunities to look pretty, to have people take care of her, and that’s about half of the fun of comeback preparations.

if she thought they reached peak elegance with the fancy mv, sophie definitely wasn’t ready for everything involving the feel special one. as much as she sometimes misses their earlier concepts, she can’t lie and say she doesn’t enjoy the more mature looks. “ sooyeonie, ” sophie calls out for the maknae as she sees her getting ready, taking a seat next to the girl. “ are you going to shoot your solo parts now? you look so pretty, is that flower crown yours? ”

    he was a tad bit nervous, yet also excited. his compositons never really were out there. they were files that he kept to himself, things that he had written down. but, he had gotten the chance to show off a new skill that he was studying in his free time when he didn’t have things to do; on top of the fact that he was in the midst of learning english as well. but, that wasn’t important, what was important was the composing. but, nonetheless, it was exciting that he got to do; especially with and for sooyeon, a song that he was featuring on. he was basically beaming. 

they sat within the room, one of his favorite work rooms within bc entertainment. it would of been nice if was a home studio, but, duri was still working on getting a home studio set up within his home. he just couldn’t decide how to do it or what to do; but, he was working on it. his feet sat upon the chair, eyes looking upon the screens that were sat in front of the two, his lip sinking into his bottom lip. he was becoming familiar with the program really quickly, it was very close to what he usually uses on his home computer. once he knew all the buttons and where everything was, he was good to go. “are you ready?” he asked the smaller girl, looking upon her moments later. 

“where do you think we should start?” he asked, before his feet touch the ground, rolling over to the piano; his perferred instrument. “maybe we should try some different things out?” he suggested, eyes looking upon the keyboard piano. “something is telling me... create an opening beat with a piano... a piano that has a bit of a jazzy sound?”
