"Stand In The Fire" This song was written in Nov. 2014 and some of the drums were recorded in a huge old bank in Cleveland, Ohio. We took a minimal approach with instrumentation using a 2-peice drum kit, a late 70's Korg analog synthesizer, live vocals, and a one-take guitar part in the bridge section. This track features tape-saturated natural reverb from the old United Trust building in Ohio City, which is now occupied by Crop Bistro, and field recordings of trains and machinery from outside of the Free Medicine rehearsal space.
