can you feel my heart?
dated: winter 2018 feat. @fmjiho
the beach was definitely siwon’s favorite place, and whenever he had a day to himself (which wasn’t very often, frankly), a beach is almost always where he’d end up. usually he would visit small, lesser-known beaches in order to avoid too many screaming fans and of course, tourist traffic --- however, in the winter nearly every beach is bare... and for quite logical reasons.
siwon knew going to the beach during one of the coldest parts of the year was not a smart idea, but he supposed that’s why jiho agreeing to his little invitation made him so happy. he couldn’t seem to stop smiling, even if part of the reason for his constant smile was because his eyes were watering from the wind bustling around them. the aura was nice; it was as cold as ever, sure, but something in the air made siwon feel like his head was in the clouds.
perhaps his head was in the clouds, or maybe it was simply the fact that jiho had been beside him for the entire day. siwon very much enjoyed the way being at the beach made him feel, but having jiho with him made everything so much better. was he being ridiculous? possibly. dragging jiho out to visit a beach with him in the freezing cold, that was ridiculous. but his feelings? the way siwon felt when he was with jiho was nowhere near ridiculous.
before he could say anything about the view, siwon turned to the younger, lips curling into a full grin at the sight in front of him. he let out a chuckle, his breath visible in the cold air as he reached to his neck so he could un-stuff his scarf from inside his coat. “are you doing okay? you look a little chilly,” he teased, and his smile wouldn’t disappear --- especially not with jiho looking like a turtle with all of the layers he must have been wearing.
moving to face him, siwon briefly lowered his head so he could pull off his scarf and place it around jiho instead, lips pursing as he wrapped it around him carefully. “is that any better?” though his eyebrows were raised, siwon’s expression softened as his fingers fumbled to make sure jiho’s coat was zipped up as far as it could go and he smiled again. “i wouldn’t have brought us out here if i’d known just how cold it would be,” he mused.
