aj - chicagoan, yes, that's a relevant personality trait. deeply autistic and fearful of everything and everyone because if she gets overstimulated, she literally generates lightning and has in the past killed people (accident) because music was too loud. she's so fucking smart and uses this to accidentally change the fate of the superhero industry forever.
ilyich - oh u sassy little bastard my babygirl. best summarized by "the pros and cons of dating me are both my mouth." he's openly bisexual. doesn't know it but definitely openly bisexual. one of the best friends in the world and loves them all so deeply but he WILL in fact throw pizza at you.
wyatt - white boy from california. IDK!!! he's normal. he's genuinely So normal and boring. he can swim really fast i guess. genuinely so boring like cardboard box of a man. he orders food for all of them because they're all anxious.
liz - SOOOO pretty and definitely is using it for evil but we love her. shes sooo overenthusiastic and always high energy and bringing joy to the table. cares so much about everything and tries not to think about it because it would make her break down to think about the extent of the world falling apart.
eliana - from the borough that isn't real aka staten island. yankees fan. so opinionated. would die rather than cross her beliefs. vegetarian. cooks for her friends but hates cooking. only one who could ever understand marco for real.
marco - vaguely alcoholic. deeply alcoholic after eliana dies. superpower is being lucky but he hates gambling cause it's lame when he always wins. abusive father and hates himself because he feels like he's turning into him. this does not stop him from being a fucking ASSHOLE to his friends 90% of the time
sam - so brilliant and sometimes. fully does not talk to their friends for weeks. but later goes to prison and gets tortured for them. they dont say it but the group means everything to them. they've never felt more supported and loved than with them all even when eliana hates their work. they are a math genuis, a superpower developed after they were intensely bullied in childhood for it.
