FM TRIVIA No.3

TRIVIA: Fraternities and Sororities have class names assigned to new pledges entering their organizations. Likewise some dance teams have adopted this formality. Mirroring these traditions but keeping our own, we have a similar naming system for our Alumni class. However, instead of using the Greek alphabet we use the NATO/military phonetic alphabet to honor our military influences (both military dependents and veterans). The FM Alumni Class system was introduced in 2007, but the term and classification for Alumni has been around circa 2005. By the end of Spring 2015, we're scheduled to introduce the 14th Alumni Class and assign them the name "November".

FM TRIVIA No.1

FM TRIVIA: FM Families was conceived sometime in 2013 but finally introduced this past Spring 2015 Retreat. With Brad, Tiana, and Mitch being the heads of their respective families. FM Families was endorsed as an extension of the One-on-One mentorship program. To build morale and personal connection on and off the team by cultivating relationships of active and non-active Veterans. The big goal is to strengthen bonds among the Newbies with Returners and Alumni.
