Fuck who ever came up with the night shift. Why the actual hell would you need a night gaurd in such a run down pizzaria like this? This is really what they pay people for huh? Spending a night in a pizzaria that could probably give you a disease or two by the looks of it.
Yeah, no. This is not how Evie was ever expecting to spend a monday night. Yet here she was standing in front of a stage that held three creepily realistic - well not really realistic since they had animal ears and tails Except for the one with pink hair who only seemed to have a small pair of wings - robots.
This was insane. No. Correction. This was extremely fucking insane. Who in the right mind would actually work here? Well-.... that was a self insult.
Evie was told about an office she'd start her night in. She was also told a note would be waiting on the table, a note with chores that is. As she stood in office she stared at the doors on each side. Meant to keep out something. She didn't know exactly what but atleast she'd most likely be safe from it.
Honestly Evie was surprised when the manager took one look at her and then hired her. No resumes, no papers to be signed, nothing. Was that really a good way to run a bussines?
Either way she'd been wasting time as the clock ticked towards 11:57 PM. She picked up the note and left the office into the main room.
11:50 PM. Either this nightgaurd knew what would happen at night or it was just a case of wanting to get to work early.
Though a smirk lit the face of the animatronic as she realised by observing the gaurd. No. This one didn't know anything about the night shift. She simply wanted to arrive on time.
This one was an easy kill. Just Cathy or Anna, being the two most agressive, can get into the office and catch her completely off gaurd-
"Fucking boss." A voice echoed through the left hallway. A shadow marches down the hall before revealing Evie, completely vunerable and oblivious to the danger.
Anne felt her servers loosen, which meant the exact thing happened to the other three.
"So fucking stupid." Cathy muttered with a snicker before advancing off the stage.
Only to stop as Anne held her hand up. "Anne?" The other, still on the stage though about to make a move said. Anne just stayed silent. Kate and Cathy stared at eachother before returning to their original positions, making sure everything was as it was.
"Oi! Anne! Wha' be the hold up!" Anna calls, staring at the lucky nightgaurd managing to earn Anne's good graces within seconds.
"She doesn't realize what happens to every other night gaurd."
All three animatronics look at the bear as if she grew three heads. Though after hearing water being moved around they quickly snap back into position, Anna also closing pirate's cove.
Kate and Cathy stared at the nightgaurd, just mopping the floor. "Is she fucking dumb?" Cathy whispered before Anne shushed her.
For some reason, this one didn't stay in the office nor listen to the recordings. Not even having the tablet that proved to be oh so helpful during the nightshift. She didn't even bother to keep the four animatronics in her line of view.
"We're only going to watch tonight. We'll see how it goes tomorrow." Anne explains before snapping back into position. Cathy scowled but did as told, while Kate watched the gaurd with curious eyes in her original position.
Anne studied the woman's movements, not sensing any inch of fear. She was just, doing her job.
Evie for her part kept cursing the owner of the place every 2 minutes.
She knew she'd be cleaning the entire pizzaria for cheap labor, being a nightgaurd at a place with nothing to steal could be paid just minumum wage. The workers at day have to deal with kids and parties which just meant more pay. Though they could boss around Evie and tell her to do all the chores to just let the bastards have more money.
"Fucking ass who does he think he is?!" A solid hour of both cursing and cleaning the floor. And the worst part was she wasn't even done yet.
Five hours of cleaning. That's what it took.
As Evie finally took off the last stain of what appeared to be pizza sauce. She sighed. Sure she could have half-assed the entire thing but this pizzaria was dirty as fuck.
She let herself fall onto a random chair and fell asleep within minutes.
Anne stared in wonder at how amazing the pizzaria currently looked. Normally the work would be done during day time, and before she could enjoy the clean room the kids would mess it up.
Looking at the clearly exhausted woman she wondered what would ever get her to do all of this. Was she told too?
"Can't we check her out Anne?" Cathy said, interrupting her thoughts. She chuckled and nodded. And with that both Kate and Cathy jumped of the stage. Cathy taking the time to set her beloved guitar down. "Finally c'mon Kate let's see what she's all about."
They slowly walked up to the gaurd, just observing her. They wouldn't kill as long as Anne requested it.
"Think i should scare her?" Cathy said with a smirk, sitting so close she could feel the soft breath on her cheek.
"Anne wouldn't like that." Kate retorded looking at the bunny animatronic. She gazes back at the gaurd and her expression softens. "Poor girl, she worked so hard." She said.
"Can't wait to rip out her spine."
Kate looked back up to Cathy who had a small smile on her face, while Kate's expression hinted at anger. "You're always so gory. I think she's pretty sweet." Kate looked down at the gaurd once again. Taking notice of the badge which read "Williams" on it.
Only then she spots a piece of paper on the table.
"I know why she wasn't in the office."
Cathy took the handed note and read through it. "A Chores list. Someone wants her dead." Cathy said.
Finally the pacing which clearly came from pirate's cove stopped and Anna jumped out. "Why woul' anyone wan' tha'?" Anna asked now looking the gaurd up and down as well.
"A murderer that didn't get convicted for the crimes?" Cathy suggested with a smile.
"Oh shut up you gory bunny. Mr.Seal probably just wanted her to work instead of cower in fear all night." Kate said. Her gaze looked over Evie one last time before getting back to the stage.
Anna looks at clock before doing the same. "Can we talk to her then?" Kate asked, hearing the soft whine Cathy let out at hearing the suggestion.
"You can always talk to gaurds. Just don't give away position." Anne said with a smile. Finally Cathy returned to the stage as well, picking up her guitar. "Oh Annie you know i would never give away that i'm coming for them." Cathy purrs, a small mocking tone in her voice.
Anne just chuckles at the animatronic before their servers locked up again.
And just on que the first few day workers start rushing in.
Evie didn't know what happened. One moment she'd been cleaning the pizzaria and the next she was getting yelled at by some random guy.
"MISS WILLIAMS!" Evie nearly fell back onto the floor. "WHAT THE FUCK!" She yelled as the man barely caught her.
Cathy and Kate couldn't help the snickering which ensued. Luckily the two workers were to busy with themselves to notice the robots amusement.
"Oh god are you okay?" The man helped Evie up. "Sorry you wouldn't wake up when i just said your name so i had to get louder." He explained. "Oh yeah no it's fine i get it." Evie smiles brushing off her shirt. "Thanks for waking me. Don't think the boss would have been happy to see me sleeping."
"No problem! You work the night shift and it's like... really late then of course. So i get it." The man smiled. "Well anyways. Good day and i hope to see you tomorrow!" He said before walking off.
