Welcome to Derry, Maine.
The year is 2000. It has been 15 years since the missing kids incident, and William Afton remains at large. His children, Vanessa and Michael, have changed their last names to Shelly in an attempt to stay out of the spotlight -- something that has resulted in varying success. Now Henry Miller runs the establishments, with Derry's newest Toy Animatronics being a hit with the crowd. Michael remains as a dayshift worker, while Vanessa has become an officer in the police force.
Meanwhile, one Michael Schmidt and his sister Abby have been moved around. Now that Mike has lost yet another job, their Aunt Jane is on their case yet again. Desperate to look like he has everything together, he applies to Freddy's as a security guard despite his reservations.
"Now I know this story isn't quite like you remember, and that's because it won't be. This is a general rewrite of the Five Nights at Freddy's film continuity. With new characters, canon and original, and brand new plot lines added in to round out a story we don't have all the answers to yet, there are plenty of open opportunities for new hires!"
