A tasty brunch drink with the sourness of cranberries, the brightness of lemons, and the foaminess of egg whites. Great for any gathering in the middle of the morning.
Ingredients: 2 oz gin. 1 oz cranberry juice. 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice. 1/2 oz simple syrup. 1 egg white. 1 oz heavy cream. Club soda, to top.
Instructions: For about 30 seconds, dry shake everything together except the club soda very hard. Put ice in the shaker and shake it again until it's very cold. Pour through a strainer into a cold glass that doesn't have ice. Add club soda on top. Put a lemon twist on top.
