yandere! Sandrone × Furina headcanons

content warning: obsession, parasocial relationship, possible spoilers, mentions of violence, a bit of blood in the art, very minor arlebina mention.

Backstory?

Sandrone had fallen in love the very first time she had seen her.

Master took her to the opera house, to "broaden her horizons. And there was a special someone who people couldn't look away from.

....

She was no exception.

"Who is that?" She whispered, not even turning her head to look Master in the eyes when speaking; Indescribable arrogance on her side.

"Lady Furina," He answered calmly. "The hydro archon."

"An archon..." Gears turned in her head, she put a hand under her chin.

"I need to analyse her further."

They ended up staying for the next performance after the trial ended. The Opera House of Fontaine served as both a courtroom, and, well, an opera house. Master didn't want to "waste time" on it at first, but she was persistent.

A story about a princess trapped in a cage by her once loyal knight, wishing to ensure she never gets hurt. Starring Lady Furina, of course.

Impressive acting skills, amazing singing. And the role did fit her.

She couldn't take her eyes off her.

Soon enough, her room was filled to brim with posters, records, cassettes, basically anything she could find, featuring her newfound idol.

She even made dolls in her image. Master gave her a side eye, but is he really the one to talk?

How does she show her devotion?

Surprisingly, like a teen with a celebrity crush.

She has all of her merch.

She comes to all her performances, Furina probably remembers her by now (at least Sandy likes to think she does)

And, of course, automatons made in Furina's image. But none of them can quite capture the beauty of the real thing. They can't mimic the way her lashes flutter. The way she moves so gracefully. The way her eyes seem so adorably innocent, no matter what she says.

Sandrone still keeps them, though. It's better than nothing at all.

How does she "protect" her beloved?

Oh, you mentioned a bad thing about Lady Furina's personality? Looks like that tongue you have is not that much necessary. Are you the one who "hated" her last outfit? You simply have no vision. Now not only figuratively. "She did nothing good for the nation"?(especially after the Fontaine arc) Well, now you don't have much time left to do anything good for the nation.

So, yes. Sandrone doesn't appreciate comments on her darling. You either praise her or keep your mouth shut.

She wouldn't hurt the ones Furina cares about, though. Keeps neutral relationships with most of them (or tries to)

How do others feel about it?

Neuvilette and Clorinde are REALLY worried about the same creepy-looking woman coming to get in the front row at every of Furina's shows, and then trying to bribe people into letting her behind the stage, or "accidentally" meeting her at the same cafe Furina dines at, or seeing mysterious gifts near her door. They don't have enough proof to actually confront her about that though.

Columbina thought: "ooh, so this is how you show love?" at first, and tried stalking Arle. The latter always noticed her easily, of course.

To Furina... probably just another fan. A little bit too eager, but it's nothing unusual to her. Well, until she finally meets her closer (probably after her retirement). "A sweet woman, a bit socially unadapted, but it's fine-... huh why is she staring at me with those creepy eyes"
