Till date, there has never been a time when life didn't pose any challenge. Just that the underlying reason keeps changing. The same would be true for you too, I believe. I couldn't think of more ways to handle challenges but two 1. To equip myself better to deal with the challenge - read inspiring books, heard inspiring people (experts in the respective fields) took up various courses to work on health n mind & made lifestyle changes. 2.
