sometimes  new  people  showed  up  seemingly  out  of  nowhere  just  like  she  had.   she  can’t  explain  -  she’s  just  learning  to  live  with  it.   she  notices  the  newest  addition  across  the  fire  ,   mikaela  ,  so  she’s  heard.   tilting  her  head  ,   she  watches  her  chat  with  a  couple  of  the  other  survivors  before  she   works  up  the  nerve  to  cross  over.       ❛     hey.   mikaela,  right  ?   ❜    she  asks,  smiling  gently.    ❛   i’m   laurie  ,   nice  to  meet  you.    ❜    she  extends  a  hand.
