DISH OF THE DAY: TOURNEDOS ROSSINI
This must be my favorite French dish as it's made of the two things I love most: foie gras and duck - or beef actually-. The recipe is quite easy and you get a fancy dish in just a few minutes. You can even add your personal touch and it will still be delicious. I like to add gently cooked peaches when I cook duck rossini or a creamy sauce when I use beef. Hope you'll like it!
