Do NOT buy products from sculptorn
I came across this cute, seemingly practical mini washing machine from a site called Sculptorn. I bought it and not only did my package not arrive until 2 months later, but it was the WRONG products.
It was literally a foldable bowl, NOT a foldable mini washing machine.
So, I tell them about the error and they give me two options;
- Get a 35% refund and keep the product.
- OR spent ANOTHER 30$ on sending it back to them!
So, I asked them to be sure; “I’ll get a 35% refund onw hat I MEANT to buy, right? Not the product you’ve accidentally sent me?” Cause, ya know, a foldable bowl wouldn’t cost as much as a foldable WASHING MACHINE, now would it?
The reply I got was;
“If you agree discount of 35%, let me know.”
... Bitch, you didn’t answer me question. So I reply that. (Without the bitch part xD)
THEN they send me the overall SAME message as before, but now the refund offer is at 30%, 5% lower! FOR NO REASON!
I am MAD! These people clearly either don’t give a shit or their communication skills are too low to be selling products internationally.
Fuck Sculptorn.
